We offer free standard shipping, which typically takes 8-10 weeks (40-50 business days) from design approval to production. For Expedited Shipping (about 30-40 working days from the time you approve the drawings and put them into production). Please note that expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote at support@customatable.com.

Please note that production and delivery times for custom wood tables are estimates. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Free standard shipping: Approximately 8-10 weeks (44-56 business days) from design approval to production
Expedited shipping: A pproximately 6-8 weeks (30-40 business days) from design approval to production(addtional fees apply).

Step 8: Choose the Delivery and Unloading Options

For tables over 90", the truck requires a forklift for safe unloading, which increases transportation costs. The truck must transport the forklift from the nearest terminal, taking up space and incurring additional charges. Since forklift rentals are usually billed by the day, this further raises shipping costs. Please note that the forklift is used for unloading only and does not include any installation service. We suggest looking into local forklift rental options for a more cost-effective solution.

Table Length Under 90 Inches - Truck Unloads (Free)
Table Length Over 90 Inches - Customer Unloads (Recommended: 3-6 people)
Table Length Over 90 Inches - Unloading by Trucking Company (+ $600 USD)
Table Length Over 90 Inches - Unloading by Trucking Company and Installation by Professional Installer (+ $800 USD)

Delivery Details:

Your table will be delivered by truck directly to your doorstep. However, if there are delivery restrictions, such as narrow streets, one-way roads, construction zones, or hilly terrain, and the truck cannot reach your door, you will need to unload the table at the nearest point where the truck can stop.
